Return Policy

GameStrat hardware is leased on an annual basis. If a customer does not renew for the following year, equipment must be shipped back by August 1st of that year or the customer will be charged for the annual renewal fee.

All sales are final and our money back guarantee policy is strictly for GameStrat not working and when a customer is not satisfied. Certain refund requests may be considered, on a case-by-case basis and granted on the sole discretion of GameStrat.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply in addition to those listed above:

  1. The refund policy is only applicable in cases where you are using the GameStrat platform in an environment and for purposes for which it was intended, including the operating environment and hardware having and maintaining GameStrat’s minimum operating requirements at all times.
  2. You must return all hardware in as new condition and cease using the GameStrat platform entirely in order to receive the refund.
  3. The amount of refund, and GameStrat’s entire liability to you hereunder, is limited to the amount actually paid by you to GameStrat within the 30 day period referred to above. Under no circumstances shall GameStrat be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
  4. The refund is only available in the event the GameStrat platform fails to function materially in the manner advertised by GameStrat.
